As you wander through our festival, you’ll see each tree’s unique and fun theme and spirit come to life. Our dedicated parents and students from our Young Foxhounds to Grade 8 have come together to create a tree we hope brings you joy and inspires you to place a bid that reflects your love for not only the special tree but for our school, St. James Academy. The trees will be displayed inside the gymnasium during Christmas Shoppe and will be auctioned off to the highest silent auction bidder. All proceeds will go to the St. James Academy Parents’ Association and benefit our students and staff.
- The Silent Auction will occur in person during Christmas Shoppe hours on Friday and Saturday.
- Bidding closes at the close of Christmas Shoppe on Saturday evening, November 8th. You do not need to be present to win, and winners will be notified after the event.
Trees can be picked up by the winner or delivered on Sunday, November 9th. Deliveries are made by parent volunteers and are limited to a 20-mile radius of St. James Academy. The winners will be contacted after the silent auction closes, and arrangements for pick up or delivery will be made at that time.
