A Letter from the Chair
It is with great pleasure that on behalf of the SJA Parents’ Association, we welcome you to Christmas Shoppe and Café 2025! This beloved event is a longstanding tradition for the St. James Academy community. For two days each year, St. James Academy, the SJA Parents’ Association and many volunteers transform the Academy into a magical and festive shopping and dining experience.
The Christmas Shoppe and Café is a wonderful way to get started on your holiday shopping, enjoy a sense of community, support the school, and get into the holiday spirit! Come browse a collection of over 50 vendors offering unique gifts, original artwork, handcrafted jewelry, household goods and décor, wooden bowls, boutique apparel, children’s toys, delicious treats, and much more.
Please join us for this annual tradition and important Parents’ Association fundraiser – this is the largest fundraiser for the 2025-206 school year! All proceeds benefit the students and teachers of St. James Academy.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite from shopping, we invite you to enjoy something delicious from our Christmas Shoppe Café, catered by Casa Mia’s. Enjoy a bottle of wine or glass of wine with friends or a beer. There’s something on the menu for everyone to enjoy!
New in 2025, stock your freezer up with some yummy soup made by Casa Mia’s. Place an order ahead of time, come shop during Christmas Shoppe hours, and don’t forget to pick up your soup-to-go order on your way out!
New in 2025, take a reprieve from shopping and enjoy making a craft in our new Makers’ Mart!
Take a stroll through the incredible Fir the Love of Hounds: A Festival of Trees on display in the Gymnasium! There is a tree to represent each grade at St. James Academy – preschool through 8th grade. Bid on your favorite tree through a silent auction!
A heartfelt thank you to the Christmas Shoppe Committee, who work tirelessly to ensure that this magical event runs smoothly! Thank you to the Parents’ Association Board, St. James faculty and staff, our vendors, and the many, many volunteers who generously offer their precious time and energy! Thank you to our wonderful restaurant partner and SJA family-owned business, Casa Mia’s. Thank you to the Connellee Family for donating all of the soft drinks/Pepsi products.
