Charlotte Riggs

I am honored and excited to begin serving as Head of School at St. James Academy and to join this wonderful school community.

The philosophy of St. James Academy to pursue knowledge, build community, and serve others as children become citizens of a global community both inspires and resonates with me as an educator. I care deeply about an academic environment where children can be challenged and supported in every aspect of their school lives. Drawing from my time in the classroom, on the sidelines, and as an administrator, I am committed to continuing the strong academic tradition at St. James while upholding the importance of fostering outstanding individuals. I am thrilled to be part of an Episcopal school that emphasizes the important balance of knowledge, community, and a global perspective.
