As a little girl, I can only remember wanting to become a teacher. I attended Saint Mary’s College of Maryland earning my Bachelor of Arts and teaching certification. Shortly after, I attended Loyola College, earning my Master of Education. Throughout my career, I have taught prekindergarten, kindergarten, first, second, third, and now fifth grade. When I’m not in my classroom I love spending time with my family. I have a son, a daughter, and two dogs. They keep me extremely busy. You can also find me out around the Chesapeake Bay on our boat or just finding time to be active and outdoors. I have had the privilege of working at SJA since 2017 and I have embraced the sense of community and enthusiasm that the faculty, families, and students bring to the campus. I look forward to fantastic memories made right here.
