I am so excited to be a part of the St. James Community! This school truly is magical, and I’m grateful to be a part of it! I’ve always loved school and have worked in education in some capacity for most of my adult life. I’ve had the unique privilege of working with every age group from toddlers and preschoolers in Madison, WI to elementary schoolers in Greenville, SC, and middle schoolers in Lexington, SC to working with adults in Paris, France, and in Santiago, Chile. Though I enjoyed working with adults, my heart truly lies in educating children. They are our future!
I graduated cum laude with a degree in French and in Political Science and have had the amazing opportunity to live in Versailles, France during my undergraduate studies and to return to France to work in Paris as a young adult. Living and working abroad has definitely helped to shape who I have become.
It is my goal to enrich your children’s school experience by sharing my passion for learning and love of languages with them. My hope is that they too will develop a deep appreciation for all things French!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my children and family, teaching dance and movement, listening to music and creating choreography, hiking with my dog, traveling, visiting museums, and grabbing a great cup of coffee with friends.
