Education after SJA:
“After graduating from St. James Academy, I moved to McDonogh School.
Favorite Memory:
“My favorite memory from SJA was probably Mrs. Smith’s Algebra 1 class in 7th grade, because my class was full of fun people, and Mrs. Smith made math really enjoyable and relatable.“
How has SJA prepared you for the future?
“My career at SJA really prepared me for high school because there was such an emphasis placed on study habits and group work. I greatly benefitted from the organization and time management skills that St. James instilled in me, and I feel that even over the wonderful academic education I was given, I value the attention given to the student as a whole.”
Career Highlights:
“My career highlights from St. James were definitely performances. Whether it was Celebrate Arts Night, or the Christmas Pageant, or singing with the Harminators, or performing in the plays, the arts at SJA were definitely a highlight of my experience. Also, I have been recently selected by the McDonogh faculty and my peers to serve as a 2015-2016 Rollins-Luetkemeyer Leader. “
