Spring into action with SJA’s Spring Lacrosse Clinics, taking place from March 24 to June 2, with the exception of Easter and Memorial Day weekend.

Lil’ Scoopers Clinic (4-5/6-year-olds):

Focus: This is an entry-level, clinic-style program for boys and girls who have turned four by the start of the clinic. The focus will be to have fun while learning the basic skills of the game including cradling, scooping, and the introduction of dodging, throwing, and shooting.  This clinic will not have the kids catch with lacrosse sticks.

Equipment: Any lacrosse stick and don’t forget a water bottle!

Time: Sundays 2 – 3 PM

Youth Lacrosse Clinic (6-8-year-olds):

Focus: This clinic is designed for boys and girls who are ready for the next step. These players are already comfortable with cradling, scooping and throwing skills and are ready to learn how to catch consistently and to use these basic skills in more game-like scenarios. This is also a great opportunity for players to fine tune the basics in a focused atmosphere outside of rec or club.

Boys Clinic Time: Sundays 2 – 3 PM

Girls Clinic Time: Sundays 3 – 4 PM

Equipment: Full gear required and don’t forget a water bottle!
