St. James Academy welcomes inquiries about facility rentals throughout the year, accommodating various purposes such as practices, tournaments, leagues, performances, conferences, and meeting spaces. As a nonprofit, Episcopal independent school, St. James Academy values the opportunity to extend its facilities to organizations whose programs align with our educational philosophy and mission.

To ensure the safety and security of all parties involved, we kindly request that all rental groups provide proof of general liability insurance with a Certificate of Insurance. This certificate should name St. James Academy as an additional insured party.
