Through engaging workshops, interactive projects, and collaborative initiatives, students can soar beyond the classroom. From dance exploration that encourages movement and self-expression to scientific investigations that turn into works of art, each enrichment activity offers a unique avenue for your child to explore their interests and passions.

Spring Tennis
Grades: PK- 4th
Cost: $255

April 5 – May 31st


It’s time for spring tennis! Students in PreKindergarten through Fourth Grade are invited to join Mrs. Kessler on Friday afternoons from 3 PM – 4:15 PM for Tennis Clinic. This program can accommodate 60 students and will run from Friday, April 5th through May 31st. Tennis will be from 12 – 1:15 PM on April 26th and May 24th, as we have noon dismissals on those days.

Moovin’ and Groovin’ with EMC

Join EMC Dance Studio for an hour of creative movement and fun! Students will enjoy games, physical movement, and dance basics during this class.

Join Child’s Heart Yoga for movement, yoga, crafts, stories and meditation fun after school! Students should wear their gym uniform to school on days they have after school Mindful Hounds (they will wear those for class) and bring a yoga mat. Participants will stretch their imaginations and bodies during this wellness program designed for mini yogis! Bridget Strama from Child’s Heart Yoga Bridget Strama is a former special education teacher and behavior specialist. She is the owner/operator of Child’s Heart Yoga. Bridget has completed over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training. In addition, Bridget is also a mentor for new students in the Radiant Child Yoga and Hoop Yogini 200 hour teacher training programs. 

Kids in Motion

April 9 – May 14

Join Dynasty Sports Academy to get the wiggles out on Tuesday afternoon! This hour-long program combines friends, fun, sports and movement. The six-week session will include track and field activities, Tabata training (interval training), yoga and unique backyard games.  

Little Vet School
Grades: K

Calling all future vets! We’re excited to bring Little Vet School to our Kindergarten students after school this spring. After “adopting” their very own plush puppy, students will role-play the key responsibilities of a veterinarian, including how to properly perform a nose-to-tail exam. These future veterinarians will learn how to sew stitches, remove ticks, make healthy treats, and vaccinate their dog. 

Teach Your Monster to Read
Grades: Kindergarten
Cost: $150
Runs on Thursdays from 3-4:00 PM

Kindergarten students are invited to join Mrs. McLaughlin on Thursdays to enhance their reading skills using the award-winning program, Teach Your Monster to Read! Please note, PK and Kindergarten programs end at 4 PM.

Art Afterschool with Mrs. Bubier

Get creative with Mrs. Bubier after school in the art room! Students will explore a variety of media and artistic styles during this six week program. 

Little Vet School
Grades 1-2

Lego Robotics Jr.

Join Mrs. & Ms. Fiero in fun with Lego Robotics! We will create, design, and code using LEGO bricks powered by LEGO® Education SPIKETM Essential. Students will learn to collaborate as a team, brainstorm, test, and improve ideas in this club! *No experience necessary! Bring just your love of Legos and have fun! 

Grades 3-5 Enrichment

Wildlife Detectives
Grades: 3rd – 5th
Cost: $150
Runs on Mondays from 3-4:15 PM
April 15 – May 20, 2024

Students in Grades 3-5 are invited to join the team from Wildlife Adventures for fun-packed afternoons of discovery as they uncover the mysteries of animals! Students will meet a new animal ambassador every week while they participate in animal science and craft activities! Part of each session will take place outside, so please make sure your child has appropriate jackets/sweatshirts when the weather gets cooler. Wildlife Adventures is dedicated to spreading animal conservation and awareness by enriching the minds of children and adults. (Please note this program begins on April 15th, a week after other programs begin).  

Acro Dance
Grades 3-5
Cost: $150
Runs on Tuesdays from 3-4:15 PM
April 9 – May 21

Through this 7 week session, students will explore acro gymnastics dance with Ms. Krauss! This class will work on a variety of acrobatic/gymnastic movements that can be incorporated into dance. Various dance styles that can incorporate these skills include contemporary, modern, jazz, and hip hop. Skills will consist of but not limited to balances, flips, inversions, stretching, and partnering work.  Students will work at their comfort level. Ms. Krauss is certified to teach through Acrobatic Arts. Students should wear their gym uniform to school on days they have after school acro dance (they will wear those for class).

Science Club: Crazy Chemistry
Grades 3-5
Cost: $150
Runs on Wednesdays from 3-4:15 PM
April 10 – May 22

Spend time with Science Guys of Baltimore exploring chemistry! Budding chemists conduct hands-on experiments connecting real-world materials with scientific principles. Students will learn about the elements on our interactive Periodic Table, make their own slime recipes, mix eruptions, explosions, and even make elephant toothpaste! 

Jewelry Making
Grades 3-5
Cost: $150
Runs on Thursdays from 3-4:15 PM
April 11 – May 16

Mrs. Wilson will teach students how to create and personalize bracelets and necklaces using colorful Heishi polymer beads. Students will design and assemble unique personalized jewelry to wear or share using an assortment of beads, charms, and accessories. 

Grades 4-8 Enrichment

Dynasty Sports Academy Flag Football Academy
Cost: $150
Runs on Fridays from 3-4:15 PM
April 12 – May 17 (No Flag Football on April 26)

Students in Grades 4-8 are invited to join Dynasty Sports for their Flag Football program! Classes will be structured around flag football skills, drills and other football activities. The goal of this class is to work up to the playing of an actual flag football game through fun drills and exercises over the course of the season. Students should wear their gym uniform on days that they have Flag Football. 

Lego Robotics
Cost: $150
Runs on Wednesdays from 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
April  10 – May 15

Students who competed on our SJA Lego Robotics Team in January  will continue to build on their skills, add to their current designs, and take on new robotics challenges. Students new to Lego Robotics will begin working on basic modules to begin learning about different sensors and basic coding with SPIKE.
