Last night was the opening performance of the Middle School Drama Production of Fiddler on The Roof. The performance was outstanding. The students graced the Susan Tucker Moore Theatre stage with elegance and originality.
Director Randi Bradley, instrumental music teacher Donald Wolcott, and producer Jody Holden, led the cast and crew to a successful and memorable opening night. The music was captivating, the costumes and sets were creative, and the performance was immaculate. The performing arts program at St. James Academy brings together the efforts of the community, both behind and in front of the curtain. This year sixty-six of the Middle School students are involved in this show, many alumni have come back to help, and the amount of parent volunteers has been tremendous.
The students charmed the audience with humor and wit. Tickets are still available for tonight’s performance at 7:00pm, tomorrow’s performance at 12:00pm, and Sunday’s performance at 2:00pm. Click here to order tickets.
Congratulations to the talented cast and crew for a job well done on opening night!
