During the snowstorm the Library sustained major water damage when a sprinkler head in ceiling discharged gallons of water. Many books were damaged and are currently undergoing a freeze drying process to restore them.

The academy appreciates the many calls from concerned community members volunteering their time to aid in the restoration process.
